As well as supporting clients with level 2 and level 3 issues, you will work closely with the consultancy/design team and gain valuable project exposure.

You will benefit from a flexible hybrid home working model but will be required to do occasional client site works across Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, and surrounding counties.

The position comes with a training budget for networking certifications. The successful candidate must have a valid UK driving license.

Experience/Responsibilities

1. Proven experience troubleshooting network infrastructure to an enterprise level.
2. Expertise in managing networking devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
3. Strong experience with VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and connectivity.
4. Experience with cloud networking technologies and automation (desirable).
5. Experience with VOIP and cloud telephony systems (desirable).
6. Networking certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, or equivalent).
