Demonstrated success in supporting and managing enterprise-level network infrastructures

Skilled in deploying and maintaining Cisco routers/switches, Fortinet firewalls and switches, and network access control (NAC) systems; experienced with FortiClient VPN

Deep understanding of routing protocols, particularly OSPF and BGP

Proficient in configuring and managing NetApp SAN environments using iSCSI or Fibre Channel technologies

Knowledgeable in implementing VLANs, QoS policies, VPN configurations, and network segmentation strategies

Holds certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP or Fortinet NSE

Experienced in scripting and automating network tasks using tools like PowerShell, Ansible, or Python

Background in hybrid networking across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or comparable environments

Adept at diagnosing complex issues with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Effective at managing critical network incidents both independently and as part of a team

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clear documentation and engaging stakeholde
