A leading retail pharmacy chain in London is seeking a Network Engineer to ensure the delivery of Network Services by providing network assurance and supporting various projects. Responsibilities include managing incidents, supporting network uptime, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Ideal candidates will have a broad understanding of network technologies, problem-solving skills, and experience working in diverse environments. The Network Engineer has a critical role in helping ensure the delivery of Network Services that meet our needs by delivering network assurance through a consistent approach and culture. You will be the subject-matter expert for key areas of the network providing support to colleagues in the wider business. Further, you will support several activities ranging from the planning phase of projects to assisting in upgrades and solution delivery.
