Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking a Network Engineer to assess, plan, and execute DNS, DDI migrations, and network refresh projects in London. You will configure routing, switching, and firewall solutions while ensuring secure, compliant operations.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve DNS and network issues, manage incidents and changes, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors. A bachelor’s degree in IT/CS and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant network engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
• CCNA/CCNP certifications preferred, not mandatory.

• Assess, plan, and implement DNS/DDI and network equipment migration/refresh
• Configure and support routing, switching, and firewall solutions
• Ensure network design aligns with security and architecture standards
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network and DNS-related issues
• Perform incident, change, and problem management
• Support patching, upgrades, and system optimization
• Collaborate with internal teams/vendors for implementation
• Maintain accurate documentation and network diagrams

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of routing & switching (L2/L3)
• Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM (DDI)
• Firewall configuration and network security concepts
• Protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in network engineering
• Bachelor s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP) preferred, not mandatory
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and inclusive environment
• Willingness to support on-call or shift-based operations if required
