Job summary

MRP-Global is seeking a Network Engineer to join their team in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria. The role involves installing and maintaining network infrastructure and supporting deployments and hardware refreshes.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, strong knowledge in LAN/WAN technologies, and a Cisco CCNA certification. This position requires 100% onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Network Engineering role.
• Experience with firewall, VPN, and voice technologies.
• Understanding of structured cabling and data centre standards.

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure equipment.

• Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and voice solutions.
• Perform network surveys, testing, and impact assessments.
