Job Description:

Wood Digital Consulting (DC) is recruiting a Network and Digital Discipline Team Lead to support our EMEA Systems Integration business. This is a new position as part of our growth plans.

The Discipline Team Lead will manage a team of approximately 10 to 14 Engineers of various levels to maximize effectiveness and efficiency of the Network and Digital department.

This hybrid role can be based anywhere in the UK, with mobility and travel to customer sites and face-to-face meetings expected.

Applicants must pass the HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

Qualifications:
  • ISCED Level 6 / Bachelor’s (minimum) or Level 7 / Master’s (preferred) degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Chartership with a relevant professional body / Professional Engineer License or equivalent is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in engineering delivery across relevant industry sectors
  • Expertise in discipline engineering tools and processes
  • Understanding of business drivers for industry sector clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders' needs
  • Experience in attracting top talent and developing talent through coaching and mentoring
