Job summary

NexGen Cloud in the United Kingdom is seeking a Network Engineer to own end-to-end network design for GPU deployments across multiple sites, from initial customer requirements through to validated handover and ongoing optimization.

You will translate BGP, IP addressing and firewall needs into buildable plans, coordinate third-party partners remotely, manage five+ concurrent deployments, and select the best vendor/technology for each project, enabling fast, reliable scale.

Qualifications

• Experience taking network projects from requirements to handover with design and build coordination.
• Strong customer-facing technical communication and requirement gathering.
• Experience running multiple deployments remotely with third-party partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end network design for GPU deployments, from requirements to handover.
• Translate requirements (BGP, IP addressing, firewalls, connectivity) into buildable cable and rack plans.
• Coordinate third-party deployment partners and validate remotely before sign-off.
• Run five or more concurrent deployments at once, each on its own timeline.
• Resolve post-deployment network issues through to handover.
• Pick the right vendor and technology for each deployment instead of forcing one stack.
