A bit about the job:This senior role within the Aviva network team is pivotal in governing ITIL processes delivered by our network support partner, with a particular emphasis on Lifecycle Management. The role also includes responsibility for BAU delivery activities, ensuring that requirements are met, processes are continually improved, and team efforts are prioritized to drive significant transformations within the organization.
- Define and govern network service structures to align with business and user priorities
- Oversee service delivery, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Validate and interpret supplier data to support informed decision-making
- Manage risks, represent operations in supplier meetings, and ensure clear stakeholder communication
- Lead team delivery activities and provide line management for the Network Delivery Manager
Skills and experience we're looking for:- Extensive experience in managing network operations, including Lifecycle Management, with a deep understanding of ITIL processes and their application
- Proven track record of leading service ownership roles, ensuring services are clearly defined, documented, and continuously improved
- Experience representing network operations, effectively communicating updates and enhancements to stakeholders, and ensuring timely implementation of improvements
- Strong experience in identifying, documenting, and managing risks to conclusion and managing Business Controls
- Experience delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously, taking responsibility for timely delivery

- National salary circa £75,000, London salary circa £100,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
