About the job:

This senior role within the Aviva network team is pivotal in governing ITIL processes delivered by our network support partner, with a focus on Lifecycle Management. Responsibilities include managing BAU delivery activities, ensuring requirements are met, processes are continuously improved, and team efforts are aligned to drive organizational transformations.

• Define and govern network service structures aligned with business and user priorities
• Oversee service delivery, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Validate and interpret supplier data to support informed decision-making
• Manage risks, represent operations in supplier meetings, and ensure stakeholder communication
• Lead team delivery activities and provide line management for the Network Delivery Manager

Skills and experience required:

• Extensive experience managing network operations, including Lifecycle Management, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes
• Proven leadership in service ownership roles, ensuring services are well-defined, documented, and improved
• Experience in representing network operations and communicating updates to stakeholders effectively
• Strong risk management skills and experience managing Business Controls
• Proven ability to deliver multiple complex projects on time
