Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and data mediation knowledge.
• Understanding of telecom domain KPIs across Radio, Core, Transmission.
• Excellent customer-facing communication, verbal and written.
• UK residency and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer mobile network teams on performance monitoring, analysis and reporting.
• Provide onsite and remote support to customers and feed field feedback to product and support teams.
• Develop custom dashboards and automated reports covering network and business KPIs across use cases.
• Participate in technical meetings, monitor product performance and capture customer requirements.
• Prepare and issue engineering and executive reports and guidelines.
