Detailed JD –

1. The key areas of expertise include extensive support for DC Operation support.
2. Expertise in L2/L3 IP protocols such as HSRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VRF.
3. Understanding of multi-vendor/technology environments, specialized in Viptela SD-WAN, Cisco SD-Access, Cisco DNA, and Cisco ISE.
4. Deep knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting of IP protocols and hardware platforms.
5. Good understanding of Data Center infrastructure and Branch/Headquarter connectivity.
6. Expertise in Routing and Switching.
7. Troubleshooting expertise in network-related issues, with a sound understanding of tools like Wireshark and packet analysis.
8. Interaction with customers to understand their network and service delivery requirements.
9. Handling deployment, implementation, and preparing high-level and low-level designs.
10. Preparation of solution documents and network impact reports.
11. Experience in deployment/operation in Data Center environments is an advantage.
12. Engaging in regular client interactions to understand their business, coordinate, and direct work.
13. Providing consultation on network design, including SD-WAN and SD-Access.
14. Good knowledge of Software-Defined Access in Cisco-powered Enterprise Campus networks (SDAFND).
15. Flexibility to support 24/7 operations.
16. Knowledge of Vulnerability Management and Lifecycle Management.
17. Providing break-fix support for ongoing issues, including P1 and critical incidents.
18. Certifications: CCNP- ENCOR is required; CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure is preferred.
19. Certification in Cisco ENSDENG is a plus.
