Job summary

Nottingham Trent University seeks a proactive Network Coordinator to support the TinyML UK network led by NTU. Based in Nottingham, you will coordinate administration, events and workshops, and collaborate with partners across academia, industry and government.

You will manage plans and communications, assist with funding bids and partnerships, and use AI tools to enhance project delivery while travelling UK and abroad as needed. This is a fixed-term 12-month role.

• Coordinate day-to-day network administration and operations.
• Support events, workshops, training, meetings and outreach.
• Opportunity to lead activities.
• Maintain project plans, records, reports, budgets and stakeholder communications.
• Liaise with academic, industry, government and international partners.
• Support funding bids and partnerships.
• Provide responsive support to leadership and consortium.
• Learn new skills and use AI/digital tools to improve delivery.
• Undertake other duties as required.
