Network and Business Development Manager

At INEOS Automotive, we have established ourselves as a serious contender in 4X4 development and manufacturing. We are seeking a Network and Business Development Manager to oversee all related activities for dealerships in the UK and Ireland region. This includes recruitment, establishment, performance management, and brand compliance of INEOS Grenadier dealerships. The role involves implementing market strategies, managing dealer recruitment and establishment, evaluating dealer performance, and conducting in-store brand compliance reviews.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  1. Execute and support the Grenadier Network and Sales strategy.
  2. Develop and manage relationships with dealership staff and field teams.
  3. Research and build relationships with potential new dealer partners in key markets.
  4. Establish business models and operational ways with dealer partners to achieve KPIs through training, coaching, and benchmarking.
  5. Support the Head of Network Development with market data, dealer performance, and sentiment analysis.
  6. Audit dealers for compliance and create action plans for improvement.
What we are looking for:
  1. Experience in the automotive industry, specifically with retailers and dealerships.
  2. Detail-oriented with strong data analysis and judgment skills.
  3. Experience with automotive product launches or startups is desirable.
  4. Experience working in an international business environment.
  5. Knowledge of industry trends and customer experience segments.
  6. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  7. Willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland.
