Hamilton Barnes is seeking a Network Automation Engineer for a fully remote UK-wide role. You will design and implement scalable automation using Ansible, Nautobot, IP Fabric, and Python to streamline network operations across enterprise environments.

You’ll build source of truth workflows, craft templates with Jinja, and work with customers to operationalise automation while maintaining accurate inventory and state data. Strong production experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on network automation experience in production.
• Strong Ansible background with enterprise-scale automation.
• Nautobot experience for network source of truth, IPAM/DCIM workflows.
• IP Fabric experience for discovery, visibility and assurance.
• Python scripting to build automation tooling from scratch.
• Jinja templating for config generation.
• Solid network knowledge to understand what is being automated.
• Based anywhere in the UK, fully remote role.

• IP Fabric experience, network discovery, visibility, and assurance
• Python scripting capability, comfortable writing automation tooling from scratch
• Jinja templating for configuration generation
• Solid underlying network knowledge, you need to understand what you're automating
• Based anywhere in the UK, fully remote role

Salary:
