You should have deep knowledge of routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), and be proficient in firewall management, VPNs, load balancing, and SD-WAN. Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark, NetFlow analyzers), and an understanding of network security principles and tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC) is essential.

  • Lead or participate in incident response and root cause analysis for critical network-related issues
  • Guide and mentor network engineers and support staff in network best practices
  • Engage with vendors to evaluate and procure appropriate technology solutions
  • Provide guidance on networking aspects of VoIP and UC systems, ensuring sufficient bandwidth, QoS, and reliability
  • Evaluate, deploy, and support VoIP solutions, including call managers, session border controllers, SIP trunks, and QoS configurations
Key Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in network design, implementation, and administration
  • Deep knowledge of routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
