We are excited to offer a career opportunity for a Network and Customer Service Technician based in Exeter. This is a 37-hour per week, full-time permanent role with a competitive salary of £26,926 - £29,268 per annum (DOE). Support for development includes a Networks & Leakage progression scheme, with potential earnings up to £33,950 per annum, plus overtime, a company van, and rewards.
About the role: As a Water Network and Customer Service Technician, you will provide dedicated network operation and maintenance services, resolving customer contacts efficiently, and supporting partners to deliver repairs safely, cost-effectively, and innovatively. Collaboration with the Drinking Water Services team is essential to maintain and record the water supply network. The role involves participating in rota standby and flexible working arrangements.
Progression Scheme: The package includes a tailored progression scheme with qualifications, skills, and experiences aimed at advancing to a Level 3 Diploma in Water Operations or Management. The company covers £7,280 of training costs for industry-recognized qualifications, supporting career growth within the water industry.
