Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Network Administrator to maintain and secure our network infrastructure in the UK. You will diagnose faults with a structured approach, own tickets end-to-end, analyze incident trends, and collaborate with service desks, operations, product teams, and suppliers to drive improvements.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of IP networks, SIP-based systems, and SaaS platforms, with experience in mission-critical environments and ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a Network Administration or similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments and familiarity with API management tools.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting IP networks, SIP-based systems, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting mission-critical environments (telecommunications, contact centres, or multi-site operations).
• Understanding networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and firewall rules.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python is advantageous.
