We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and improve our organizations network infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of high availability network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for users and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless access points.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability and security.

• Manage and maintain LANs, WANs, Internet, and intranet systems.

• Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

• Maintain network documentation and diagrams.

• Apply security patches and perform system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.

• Implement and maintain network security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.

• Work with IT support team to provide tier-2/3 support to resolve technical issues.

• Analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions.

• Stay updated with emerging network technologies and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Certifications (preferred):

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• CompTIA Network+

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate

• Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a network administration or similar role.

• Proven experience with network diagnostics, monitoring tools, and procedures.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other networking protocols.

• Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and network hardware.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
