Gleeson-Recruitment-Group is supporting a highly acquisitive, multi-entity organisation in a high-profile NetSuite Implementation Programme Manager role. You will lead planning, deployment and stabilisation of NetSuite across entities, collaborating with finance, operations and external partners.

You will bridge finance, operations and technology, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading NetSuite implementations across multi-entity organisations.
• Strong financial literacy and ability to work with finance teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive-level engagement.
• Proven project management and delivery capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation programme across multiple entities.
• Manage relationships with partners, consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Capture and document business requirements and translate to system design.
• Drive governance, risk management and milestone tracking.
• Support data migration, testing and go-live activities.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption initiatives.
