Job description

Job Title: Project Manager - NetSuite Professional Services

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of NetSuite’s Professional Services implementations of the on-demand NetSuite application.

You will guide the successful implementation of non-routine and complex business solutions, ensuring high quality and timely delivery within budget to meet customer satisfaction.

The Project Manager plays a key role in managing, tracking, and communicating project progress, as well as ensuring the quality of NetSuite’s Professional Services delivery.

Your responsibilities include constructing, presenting, and obtaining sign-offs on key deliverables such as Project Kickoffs, Project Plans, Change Orders, and regular Status and Risk reports.

Qualifications and Skills Needed:

• A strong background in Project Management, including experience developing work-breakdown structures and project plans, especially using Microsoft Project.
• Excellent understanding of industry-standard business practices related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunities, Proposals, Sales Orders, Forecasting, Territory Management, Quotas), Inventory Management (Purchasing, Fulfillment), and support (Cases Management, Territory Management).
• Strong client management skills with the ability to work with customers to develop and manage implementation plans.
• Experience with software in an ASP/SaaS environment is a plus, as well as experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software.
