We're looking for a dynamic Programme Manager to lead the successful rollout of NetSuite across our clients business. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll drive a major transformation project, working across teams in the UK, Spain, and Italy.

12 months plus - multi-year program with extension expected

What you'll do:

• Own and deliver the full NetSuite implementation—from planning to go-live and beyond
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (finance, tech, ops, external partners) to keep everything on track
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, and risk mitigation
• Understand current processes and ensure NetSuite aligns with business needs
• Oversee vendor relationships and consultant deliverables
• Lead training, support, and change management across the business
• Oversee data migration, testing, and integration
• Travel regularly to Spain and Italy to support rollout and resolve local challenges
• Ensure post-launch success and drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP projects—NetSuite experience is a big plus
• Strong project management skills—PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
• Industry experience in energy or similar sectors is advantageous
• Clear, confident communicator and stakeholder manager
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel regularly across Europe

Location: London-based with regular travel to Spain and Italy
