Job summary

CheckFire Ltd is seeking a NetSuite Specialist to lead the ongoing optimisation and development of our NetSuite ERP platform, supporting growth and ensuring our systems and controls evolve with the business.

You will partner with Finance, FP&A, Operations and IT to deliver scalable, well-controlled solutions, with a focus on data quality, governance, and end-to-end NetSuite improvements.

Qualifications

• A structured problem solver who identifies improvements.
• Able to explain technical concepts to Finance and non-technical colleagues.
• Adaptable and collaborative; balance BAU with project work.
• Degree in Business, IT, Accounting or related field.
• SuiteFoundation + NetSuite Administrator certifications.
• Deep NetSuite experience including configuration, dashboards and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Systems governance for NetSuite, ensuring stability, control and continuous improvement.
• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions across GL, AP, AR, Sales, period close, FP&A and Reporting.
• Manage integrations with core systems, banking tools and planning/forecasting platforms to deliver accurate data.
• Support or lead NetSuite initiatives including upgrades, enhancements and UAT cycles.
• Provide user training and create high quality documentation to embed best practices.
