Job summary

IT Works Recruitment LTD is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Systems Support Consultant for an initial 3-month contract in the UK. The role combines day-to-day NetSuite support with reporting, process improvement, automation and ongoing system optimisation.

You will work with Finance and broader stakeholders to resolve issues, improve user experience and identify opportunities to maximise NetSuite value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience in a Systems Support, NetSuite Administration or Techno-Functional Consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day NetSuite support and resolve queries and system issues through a structured ticketing process.
• Investigate recurring transaction and data issues across AP, AR, Purchase Orders, vendor bills, journals, payments, Fixed Assets and intercompany processes.
• Build and validate saved searches, reports and analytics to support Finance and Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies including foreign currency and exchange rate related issues.
• Build and improve role-specific dashboards for Finance and wider business users.
• Review current NetSuite environment to identify gaps, priorities and improvement opportunities.
• Identify manual Finance processes that can be automated with NetSuite workflows and scripts.
• Review existing configurations and customisations to simplify the system landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into NetSuite solutions.
