Working closely with curriculum teams, schools, clubs, governing bodies and community partners, you will play a key role in recruiting and developing talented student athletes, enhancing competitive opportunities and raising the profile of netball across the College and wider community. The successful candidate will hold a National Governing Body Coaching Award at Level 2 or above and a current First Aid qualification, with a commitment to gaining a teaching qualification within three years and working towards ATLS status within five years if not already achieved. You will have experience coaching young people aged 16-19, strong subject knowledge, good IT skills and a commitment to continuous professional development. We are looking for a flexible, proactive individual who can work independently, communicate effectively with students, perform well under pressure and contribute positively as part of a team. A strong commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion is essential, along with a willingness to undertake staff development, travel on College business and support the ongoing success and wellbeing of our learners. A minibus driving licence is desirable.
