Job summary

Kingston Grammar School seeks a part-time netball coach for a fixed-term role starting October 2026. You will coach across all year groups in partnership with the Head of Netball, contributing to a positive and enjoyable sporting experience for pupils. The role also involves umpiring matches (C Award preferable).

A Minibus D1 licence is desirable, and driver training may be undertaken as part of the role. The hours are 10 per week in autumn, rising to 22 per week in spring, including Saturday

We are looking to appoint a Coach who specializes in netball to play a key role in delivering an engaging and competitive netball programme, here at KGS.

You will assist with coaching netball throughout all the year groups in collaboration with the Head of Netball, whilst working to uphold the school’s reputation and ethos of ensuring all students' sporting experience is a positive and enjoyable one.

In addition to coaching Netball, you will also be able to umpire school netball matches (C Award preferable but not essential) . It is desirable that applicants hold a Minibus D1 licence or are prepared to undertake driver training as part of this role.

The hours of work will be 10 per week in the autumn term, increasing to 22 hours per week in the spring term which will include Saturday mornings.
