Job summary

South Devon College is seeking an enthusiastic Netball Academy Coach to lead development and delivery of the Netball Academy. You will recruit and develop talented student athletes and enhance competitive opportunities while collaborating with curriculum teams and community partners.

The role requires a Level 2+ coaching award, First Aid, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion, with flexible, proactive teamwork and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• National Governing Body Coaching Award Level 2 or above.
• Current First Aid qualification.
• Willingness to gain a teaching qualification within three years.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the Netball Academy programme.
• Recruit and develop talented student athletes and raise the programme profile.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams, clubs and partners to widen opportunities.
