Job summary

SoCode Limited in Cambridge is seeking a contract engineer for a 6-month role, working 2 days per week on site. The candidate will administer NetApp storage in production, support Linux HPC environments, and develop automation using Python. Experience with Terraform/Ansible and IT operations is preferred.

The position is Inside IR35 with a day rate of £650-£730. Candidates should be able to operate in a Linux-based, scalable production environment and contribute to reliable system operations.

Qualifications

• NetApp storage administration in production environments.
• Linux OS experience and support for large-scale Linux HPC environments, including file/object storage.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform/Ansible).
• Ability to develop automation/tooling using Python.
