Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Sustainability Certification Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Programme Management, Sustainability & Advisory team in the Greater London area. You will help clients develop practical pathways to decarbonisation, deliver net zero roadmaps, and support investment programmes across buildings, estates and portfolios.

You will establish baselines, identify reduction opportunities and work with multidisciplinary teams to translate ambitions into deliverable

Qualifications

Experience delivering decarbonisation, sustainability or net zero carbon projects within the built environment.
Proficiency with industry standards and frameworks is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver decarbonisation strategies, net zero roadmaps and investment programmes across buildings and estates.
Establish carbon baselines, identify reduction opportunities and create practical pathways balancing technical, operational and commercial factors.
Support heat decarbonisation plans, retrofit strategies, energy and carbon management programmes, and business cases.
Prepare high-quality technical reports and advisory outputs, facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement, and build strong client relationships.
Contribute to business development, bids and proposals, and help grow the Programme Management, Sustainability & Advisory team.
