Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer building production applications in C# and .NET.
• Experience building backend services and APIs.
• Experience with event-driven or service-based architectures is a plus.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and service-to-service communication.
• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Experience with automated tests and code quality practices.
• Comfortable working in a pragmatic, agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain secure, reliable, and maintainable software

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer building production application in C# and .NET
• Experience building and maintaining backend services and APIs
• Experience working with event-driven systems, asynchronous messaging patterns, or service-based architectures
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and service-to-service communication
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Understanding of automated tests and good software quality practices
• Experience using source control and collaborating through code review practices
• Ability to work from technical documentation and break development work into clear technical tasksPractical experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of day-to-day engineering work
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a pragmatic delivery environment that draws from agile principles without following a strict framework

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with BFF patterns
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EC2, or related cloud-hosted environments
• Experience with PostgreSQL in production systems
• Experience with Blazor and/or MudBlazor
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
