The post involves advanced clinical assessment and autonomous decision-making within ACP scope, delivering family‑centred care and contributing to education, governance and research across the transport service.

Responsabilités

• Stabilise, retrieve and transport critically ill and vulnerable newborn infants across the South West Neonatal Network.
• Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and management within the ACP scope of practice.
• Deliver high-quality, family-centred care throughout the retrieval and transport journey.
• Provide clinical leadership within the transport team during neonatal retrieval missions.
• Contribute to service planning, education, governance and research within neonatal transport services.
