Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Nurse) for Neonatal Transport within the SoNAR network. You will provide autonomous clinical leadership in stabilisation, assessment and transfer of critically ill neonates, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across the South West Neonatal Network.

The role emphasizes family-centred and trauma-informed care, education, quality improvement and research activity to develop neonatal transport services.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate/advanced qualifications in neonatal/paediatric critical care.
• Advanced clinical assessment, decision-making and diagnostic reasoning.

Responsabilités

• Lead stabilisation, retrieval and transport of critically ill neonates.
• Provide autonomous clinical assessment and management in complex environments.
