University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is offering a role focused on neonatal transport and transfer management. The successful candidate will be trained to perform neonatal transfers with consultant support, gaining skills in transport triage, coordination, and handover across units.

You'll contribute to audits, clinical governance and potential research activity, with opportunities to work within the Derriford unit and other neonatal services.

Qualifications

• GMC registration on the Specialist Register or eligibility for registration.

Responsabilités

• Train to become proficient at delivering transfers with consultant support.
• Develop skills in transport triage, call conferencing, prioritisation and team composition.
• Lead handover communication between units and participate in audits and service evaluations.
• Undertake duties on the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit when required; participate in governance and clinical improvement activities.
