Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is seeking a Neonatal Staff Nurse to join our Level 2 unit, delivering safe, compassionate care for babies requiring special care, high dependency and intensive support. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure family-centered care and support parents to gain confidence in caring for their baby.

The role offers opportunities for professional development through a structured preceptorship and clinical development programme; PVG scheme is required.

Qualifications

• Registered nurses (Child & Adult backgrounds considered).
• Speciality qualification.
• Passion for neonatal and family-centred care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, compassionate and eager to learn.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
