Key Responsibilities

As a Neonatal Staff Nurse with Plan B Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to newborn infants requiring specialist neonatal support. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate neonatal nursing care.
  • Monitor, assess, and evaluate the condition of newborn babies within neonatal settings.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.
  • Support infants requiring specialised care and ongoing monitoring.
  • Recognise and escalate any clinical concerns promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Promote the highest standards of patient safety, dignity, and family-centred care.
Key Job Requirements

To be considered for the role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Valid NMC Registered Nurse status.
  • Relevant and recent Neonatal nursing experience.
  • Right to work in the UK.
