NHS Forth Valley is inviting enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join our Neonatal Unit. Our Level 2 unit provides family-centred care to babies requiring special care, high dependency and intensive support.

This is an exciting time to join as we strengthen our workforce and develop future capability across neonatal services. As a Neonatal Staff Nurse, you will deliver safe, evidence-based care, work with a multidisciplinary team, support parents to gain confidence, contribute to quality

Qualifications

As a Neonatal Staff Nurse, You Will
  • Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based care to neonates and their families

  • Participate in a structured preceptorship and clinical development programme
We Are Looking For Individuals Who
  • Are Registered Nurses (Child & Adult background considered)
  • Qualified in Speciality qualification.
  • Demonstrate a passion for neonatal and family-centred care
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are adaptable, compassionate and motivated to learn
  • Can work effectively in a dynamic and often fast-paced environment
