You will coordinate governance processes, maintain records, monitor actions and support projects that improve patient safety, quality and service delivery.

This role provides exposure to governance activities and a pathway for career development in healthcare governance.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate governance meetings and circulate papers.
• Support incident reporting, risk management and clinical audits.
• Prepare minutes and ensure accurate recording.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the quality governance framework on site.
• Assist in data reporting and analysis for Neonatal Services.
• Contribute to data capture systems and performance reporting.
• Support multidisciplinary Neonatal teams and ensure effective communication via meetings and huddles.
