Job summary

BHR Hospitals is seeking an experienced Band 7 Paediatric Specialist Dietitian to join the Neonatal Unit at Queen's Hospital, Romford. You will provide expert nutritional care for neonates and contribute to the paediatric dietetic service in a dynamic MDT setting.

The role requires acute paediatric experience (neonatal preferred) and strong communication skills; responsibilities include leadership, service development and staff supervision within a supportive Trust.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and registration as a Dietitian.
• Postgraduate paediatric training (e.g., BDA paediatric module 5).
• NDIG membership.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assessment, monitoring and nutrition support for neonatal inpatients and outpatients.
• Lead service development within the neonatal paediatric dietetic area and contribute to policy/guidelines.
• Provide MDT guidance and supervise junior dietitians.
• Line manage and develop junior team members.
