Job summary

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications for a Band 4 Nurse Associate in Neonatal Services. The post supports the delivery of tertiary neonatal care across Queen's Medical Centre and City Hospital Local Neonatal Unit within an integrated multidisciplinary team.

You will assist in assessments, treatment and care planning under supervision, upholding the Nursing and Midwifery Code of Conduct and working within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
• Foundation degree (Level 5) in Nursing Associate practice.
• Understanding of the NMC Code and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the registered nurse in ongoing assessment, treatment and care planning.
• Work within the nursing process and professional standards of practice.
• Contribute to safe, compassionate and evidence-based neonatal care.
