Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust is expanding the Neonatal Sister/Charge Nurse team across the Nottingham Neonatal Service, including the new Neonatal Unit at Queen's Medical Centre. You will join a Band 7 clinical leadership group delivering high-quality care for extremely premature and ill infants.

You will lead a team across City and QMC campuses, with 24/7 management responsibilities and deputising duties for senior nursing posts.

Qualificações

• Current NMC Registered Nurse (child or adult branch) with neonatal critical care qualification.
• Teaching or mentoring qualification required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the neonatal services nursing team across City and QMC campuses.
• Provide 24-hour management and delivery of care across the neonatal service, 7 days a week.
• Deputise for the Ward Manager, Critical Care Sister and Quality Sister as required.
