Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Nursery Nurse to work within our Neonatal Unit and Transitional Care at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford. The post supports a Level 2 local unit with designated intensive care cots, high dependency cots and transitional care, in a Gold level Bliss Accredited unit.

Qualifications

• NNEB or equivalent required.
• GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
• Neonatal-specific study or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard neonatal care in NICU and Transitional Care.
• Support and educate families and carers.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary neonatal team.
