Job summary

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) is seeking a Data Manager for the Neonatal team within the Women's Health Division. This is a 9-month fixed-term contract role, working 37.5 hours per week, based at UCLH sites.

The post involves data collection, management and reporting from clinical databases such as BadgerNet and EPIC to support audits and divisional updates. The successful candidate will support the Neonatal Administration Team and wider MDT with a quality data

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical databases such as BadgerNet and EPIC.
• Ability to analyse high-level data for auditing purposes.
• Produce reports for audits and divisional updates.
• Support the Neonatal Administration Team with data management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume neonatal data collection and quality checks.
• Prepare regular data reports for audits and MDT updates.
• Respond to information/data requests within the department.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and registers.
