Job summary

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Neonatal Data Manager to lead the collection, validation and analysis of high-volume neonatal data. You will support Neonatal Consultants and the MDT, preparing audit-ready reports and ensuring data integrity across BadgerNet and EPIC systems.

The role is a 9-month fixed-term contract, 37.5 hours per week, based at UCLH sites, with a focus on accurate data capture, confidentiality and timely information governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Experience with data management and confidentiality in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse high volume clinical data and generate reports.
• Familiarity with NHS information governance and FOI basics.

Responsibilities

• Support Neonatal Administration Team with data collection and analytics.
• Produce data reports for auditing and divisional updates.
• Coordinate data registration, treatment and follow-up entries in BadgerNet.
• Respond to data requests while ensuring data quality and timeliness.
