The candidate will be responsible for the clinical management of high-risk neonates, educational duties, and administrative roles. This full-time role offers flexible work hours with rotating shifts, a comprehensive benefits package, and competitive compensation ranging from $53.58 to $83.05 per hour based on experience and equity. Formación

• Current FL State Licensure as an APRN or PA.
• Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA.
• 1 year of NICU experience as an NNP or PA; or NICU RN experience if a new graduate.
