About the team

The housing team is the heartbeat of Two Rivers Housing. It is fundamental to everything we do and plays a key role in advocating for our tenants. Whether it’s working with the wider team to get repairs or home improvements completed or reaching out to our local partners to find additional support – doing the right thing for our tenants is at the heart of everything this team does.

We’ve listened to our tenants and heard what they need from the housing team now and in the future. Using this feedback, we’ve started to reshape the team to enable us to provide truly localised neighbourhood housing services.

Our housing team are pretty amazing, and now we have some new exciting opportunities for people to come and join them!

We have redesigned the service to allow us to have more time to be present in our neighbourhoods and really get to know our tenants. This will help us be more focussed on problem solving and nipping issues in the bud. It will also help us work more closely with other teams and partner organisations, for the benefit of our tenants and neighbourhoods.

This means we have some great new roles to advertise over the next few weeks.

So, if you’re looking to make a real difference in your community and want to be part of a great team get in touch!

A bit more about us

Trust isn’t a tagline – it’s everything. It’s how we build relationships, how we make decisions, and how we prove, day in and day out, that we do what we say. It’s also the thing that underpins our core values and sets out what our customers can expect from us and what we expect from our team and the partners we work with.

We want our tenants to know that we’re here, we care and make them feel at home from the moment they step through the door. It’s not just about having a home – it’s about finding a place to build a life and feel safe while doing so.

And the same can be said for our team. Two Rivers is a place with purpose, where you can be a part of something and make a real difference. We’ll help you develop and grow, in a place where you’ll find like-minded people and you can truly be yourself.

Warm, safe, affordable homes are about more than bricks and mortar. It’s a feeling of community, securing and belonging. So, whether you’re a tenant living in one of our homes or a member of the team – when you join the Two Rivers community, you’ll always feel like You’re Home Now.
