Job Opportunity: Neighbourhood Manager

Location: Newent, Gloucester

Salary: £38,304 per annum

Type: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)

Your Role

1. Be the first point of contact in your community, welcoming tenants and supporting their needs.
2. Build strong relationships with tenants, understanding their needs and ensuring their voices are heard.
3. Work collaboratively with the team and external partners to resolve issues and improve services.
4. Spend time out in the community to get to know tenants and support their tenancies.

What You Bring

• A passion for advocating for tenants and supporting community wellbeing.
• Experience in customer service, especially in challenging situations, with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of statutory housing services or similar.
• Ability to listen, learn, and act on feedback to improve services.
