About The Role
Working Hours:35 Hours Per Week (Monday - Saturday,5 days out of 6, 7 hour days)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Additional Payments: 6.7% Flexibility Payment

We havean opportunityfor forward looking and community focussedindividual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Engagement and Delivery Officer(NEDO). In this role you will have responsibility for managing staff and one of our busy library in the central area in Manchester.
You will need to demonstrate excellent management and engagement skills as you will be working closely with our communities in Manchester.
About the Candidate
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience of ICT and digital delivery
· The ability to positively manage and motivate staff
You will also need to be able to work flexibly according to the needs of the service. You may be asked to work acrossa number oflibraries within the area, andpossibly inother parts of the city. We also need you to have the flexibilityto work unsocial hours, including weekends and evenings.
Please note that library experience is essential for this role.
