Job summary

Mint Selection | B Corp is seeking an experienced NEC Supervisor to support a crucial pumped-storage hydro project in the UK. The ideal candidate will oversee compliance with contractual quality requirements and manage defect processes across construction contracts.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as an NEC3/NEC4 Supervisor on large-scale infrastructure projects (£300m+).
• Strong knowledge of NEC contract administration and quality management provisions.
• Experience with major energy, hydro, or power infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the named NEC4 Supervisor ensuring compliance with contractual scope and quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and manage defect identification and close-out processes.
• Lead inspection and test plan implementation across civil, mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage scopes.
