Job summary

ARCA Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex infrastructure projects across the UK from mobilisation to completion. The role focuses on NEC4 ECC delivery, commercial performance, and effective subcontractor and stakeholder management in HV/T&D sectors.

The successful candidate will lead project teams, manage change control, and ensure safety and quality across high-value deliverables.

Qualifications

• NEC4 ECC experience required and proven delivery of complex projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
• Experience managing subcontractors, teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Tier 1 or major infrastructure contractors.
• Experience in HV Transmission & Distribution or related infra preferred.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mobilisation through to completion with responsibility for programme, cost and commercial performance.
• Manage risk, safety and quality across projects.
• Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors and supply chain.
• Oversee change control and contractual management.
• Deliver projects safely, on programme and within budget.
