Job summary

A global professional services company is seeking an experienced Project Manager for their PM Infrastructure Scotland team. This role requires carrying out the NEC Supervisor responsibilities on various infrastructure projects, including transportation and utilities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering, relevant NEC accreditations, and significant experience in construction projects over £100 million. The role involves managing project delivery to ensure quality and compliance with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates will ideally be degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
• Experience on large schemes (£100m plus) is preferred.
• Accreditations in NEC: ECC Project Manager and NEC Supervisor are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the role of Supervisor under NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract.
• Understand and manage project documentation including drawings and specifications.
• Ensure delivery of project outcomes compliant with regulations.

Skills

NEC ECC PM / NEC Supervisor Accreditation

Experience of construction phase for infrastructure projects

Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience of chairing project meetings

Good industry knowledge of legislation and statutory consents

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering
