Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced NEC Site Supervisor to join the Southampton Link Main Project in Hampshire. Working under NEC4 ECC, you will help ensure construction activities meet quality, compliance, and safety standards throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires proven NEC4 ECC experience, strong site inspection and defect management skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting the wider project team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as NEC Site Supervisor or in a similar site supervision role.
• Strong knowledge of NEC4 ECC contracts (essential).
• Experience within the water sector or major civil infrastructure projects (preferred).
• Strong site inspection, quality assurance, and defect management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the wider project team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections to ensure works are delivered in accordance with the contract, specifications, and design requirements.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with NEC4 ECC contract requirements.
• Identify, record, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution with the delivery team.
• Maintain accurate site records and inspection reports.
• Work closely with the Contractor, Project Manager, and wider project team to support successful project delivery.
• Promote high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.
• Provide technical oversight and support throughout the construction phase.

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced NEC Site Supervisor to join the Southampton Link Main Project, a major Southern Water infrastructure scheme in Hampshire. Working under an NEC4 ECC contract, you will play a key role in ensuring construction activities are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.
